Refund policy

We sell to business customers. Returns are accepted at the customer’s cost and risk, only if unused and in original packaging.

Returns Window

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery

• A 25% restocking fee applies

• For pallet deliveries, an additional £120 + VAT admin fee may be charged

How to Start a Return

• Email service@equiologic.co.uk with order number, item(s) and reason

• We will issue return instructions and a Return Form that must be included in the box

Condition Requirements

• Items must be unused, complete, and in original packaging

• Products without original packaging or with missing parts may be refused or incur additional fees

Refunds

• Inspected on arrival

• Refunds processed within 7–14 days, minus applicable fees and any repair/replacement costs

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report damages or mispicks within 24 hours of delivery (with photos)

• We will arrange collection and replacement or refund if reported in time

Exclusions

• B-Grade items are non-refundable

• Consumables and general wear and tear are not eligible for return
