Delivery Damages

PALLETISED DELIVERIES
Packages must be thoroughly checked before you accept any product or delivery.

  • Any products showing visible damage must be refused.

  • By signing and/or accepting the delivery (or someone doing so on your behalf), you confirm that the order has been received in good condition. Once accepted, Equiplogic cannot take responsibility for transport damages, and we will not be able to exchange the product or issue a refund.

  • If the driver refuses to wait while you inspect the goods, please refuse the delivery and we will arrange a re-delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERIES
Products delivered as parcels will arrive via a parcel service company. The delivery driver will not wait for you to check the goods for transport damages.

  • If you find that the product has been damaged in transit, you must report the damage to Equiplogic using this form within 24 hours of delivery in order to make a claim.
